What is the ECF based induction programme?
This is entirely separate from Statutory Accreditation.
This is CPD based on the Early Career Framework that enables the ECT to reflect on, develop and embed their good practice over the two year induction period.
The ECT will complete modules on UCL Extend in conjunction with training sessions led by ECF Facilitators.
This builds on the Core Curriculum Framework that was the basis of Initial Teacher Training (ITT). ECTs will revisit the core areas in order to deepen their understanding and expertise as well as applying their learning in their specific context.
